Since I had it all cleaned up for my mom's visit, I finally took photos of my scraproom.
The green on the walls was inspired by my Volkswagon Beetle. I wanted to paint my own flowers, but the Wallies were easier and turned out better, I think.
The futon lies down to a double sized bed. This room doubles as the guest room.
The matching frames are just plain wood covered with wrapping paper from Target. (I used the same paper and Wallies flowers to mod my computer box.)
The poster on the wall is the one I designed for the PTA in Taiwan that appear all over Taipei to advertise the Spring Fair.
I have most of my supplies in the closet, but I need to straighten that out, so pics of all that will come later.
My aim was to make a room so "girly" that all the males in the house would leave me alone. As I'm the only female in the house (even the 3 dogs are male), I can now proudly say, "Get out of MY ROOM!"
