The journaling tells the story:
Lindsey and Sydney are always drawing picture and writing stories. They have drawn pictures ever since they could hold a crayon without eating it. Lindsey drew this picture and made a card while she was at Yay-Yay and Papaw’s house. When she brought it to me and asked who I thought it was, I asked her if it was a picture of her. But, I told her I wasn’t sure it was a picture of her because the girl in the picture didn’t have curly hair. Then Lindsey told me, “No, Yay-Yay, it’s not me! It’s a picture of you, can’t you see your big heart?” Of course I had to take a picture of Lindsey and her card. Lindsey had the giggles while I was taking her picture. She kept trying to put the card up in front of her face. I told her I wanted to be able to see her beautiful drawing and her beautiful face!
