Does helping my daughter lead a photography/scrapbook class at church camp count as exercise? Yeah, I think so. LOL. I'm going to count that as an hour and 15 minutes of exercise.

My friend uses the Endomondo app. It posts to her Facebook so we all know when she is out running.
 My husband is an avid runner and I got him a GPS watch last year so he could track his distance and time better. Quote:

I went took a one hour zumba class earlier. It was my third zumba class in 4 days. It is so fun I don't feel like I am exercising.

I completed a 5K on Saturday (the first time I ran the whole thing). This morning I attempted a run but the start of a migraine pre-empted that idea. I'll try again on Wednesday.
