Congrats, Tracy!
I chose this layout because its absolutely perfect - in color and design. I feel cold looking at the water, but I also want to jump right in, Brian looks like he's having so much fun! When I look at this layout, Brian is what pops out at me. The background and the elements complete it, but dont overshadow the subject of the LO.
