I just started doing ZUMBA and I love it! I did 1 hour 20 minutes today of it, the hour was a hard workout and I know I probably wont be able to move tomorrow but it was awesome!
I have my food sorted these days but have been slacking on the exercise so getting the Zumba stuff in the mail has really energised me and excited me back into exercising!
So what exercise are you going to do or will you do today?

I wonder if we can get this revived again..... I missed my "walk" this morning with the video.... but we did a bit of walking around town sharing food from our church food closet (we had an over-abundance of fresh bread and frozen items).... :)
My daughter 16y and I are trying to walk 2 miles a day (Leslie Sansone videos). We may try to do Just Dance (Xbox 360 - Kinect) after Bible Study.....

Not much yesterday... unless pulling weeds and working in the yard counts! I think I did increase my flexibility! LOL! and nothing other than juggling an 11 month old during church! He did get heavy! Plan on a walk with hubby, dog and kids later...

I have always hated exercise for exercise sake so I have come up with walking whenever I am on the phone. It gets it done & I don't get bored. I used to have a treadmill and I walked while I read & maybe watched TV!

joined up with a group of friends this morning to walk/run working on the couch to 5k program. Much better running with friends than by myself.

Hi All,
Saw the posts and wanted to get in on the fitness/exercise support. Since I am healed from back surgery, but still have nerve damage, my doc released me to do water aerobics! :) There is a 2 day class, at the YMCA, just down the street from me. I start next week. ;-)

I enjoy water aerobics. I need to get back to it.
Currently I am working on a stretching program designed by my physiotherapist to help with hip, knee and ankle pain when I walk and run.

Does helping my daughter lead a photography/scrapbook class at church camp count as exercise? Yeah, I think so. LOL. I'm going to count that as an hour and 15 minutes of exercise.

My friend uses the Endomondo app. It posts to her Facebook so we all know when she is out running. :) My husband is an avid runner and I got him a GPS watch last year so he could track his distance and time better.

I completed a 5K on Saturday (the first time I ran the whole thing). This morning I attempted a run but the start of a migraine pre-empted that idea. I'll try again on Wednesday.
