September 2008 Picture This Challenge

Hi all! I'm Linda, the new hostess for the Picture This challenge.

September is the last month of summer for us in the Northern Hemisphere and the last month of winter for our friends in the Southern Hemisphere.

So, for my first challenge, I'd like to see the end of summer/winter pictures...like the last vacation we squeezed in before the children went back to school or the last barbecue of the summer. In other words, whatever you're doing or have done at the end of summer! (Sorry, I don't know what you would be doing in the Southern Hemisphere right now. Please, show us. :)) Have fun and let's see what you all come up with!!

Once you have finished a layout, post it in the Picture This Gallery (http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/galleria/showgallery.php/cat/580) and post a link back here in this thread so I can see and comment on your layout.

Please remember that you must use at least 3 items from Digitals designers in your layout. Also, you must create a unique layout for each Challenge.

I'll have to think about this one. We don't have children that go back to school (they're both married) and haven't been on a vacation in years...

My granddaughter started kindegarten this year, maybe her mom took pictures.

I want to participate in this challenge.

Here is mine! I was so sad when we were at the airport, that I did not want pictures that day. I'm a scrapper... you know that had to be sad! LOL.

Instead, I've scrapped the last happy summer memory!

Here's mine! I had to do one of my granddaughter's harvest. We get daily reports and she brought her first cucumber over on a pillow strapped in a seatbelt!
