July 2008 Font Free 4 All Challenge

Keeping with this month's Digitals' theme of Travel, I thought I'd offer some fonts that would be fun and useful on travel layouts. Just click on the font name to go to the download page.


Gilligan's Island (http://www.actionfonts.com/SearchResults.php?Name=Gilligans+Island&x=0&y=0)
Found this font and just had to post it... it just screams beach and island and I hope to see some really great vacation photos with this font.

Xerography (http://www.actionfonts.com/SearchResults.php?Name=xerography&x=0&y=0)
I thought this font would look great for general travel and make a really stand out title. Or use it for individual words in your journaling for extra emphasis.

I included this font because I think it looks magical. For the last few years, July 21st has been a magical day for our family as we waiting for the latest Harry Potter book. One may not be coming this month, but I'm sure there are other magical things that will be scrapped this month.

Just a few reminders for this challenge...
1. Use at least one of the fonts listed above in a layout

2. Your layout must be newly created for this challenge only and have at least 3 items from Digitals- either free or bought, but it must be from a Digitals designer!

3. Post your layout in the Font Free 4 All Gallery (http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/galleria/showgallery.php/cat/540)

4. Come back to this forum and post a link to your layout

WOW! These are some really great layouts. I love how you're using the fonts.... sometimes when I pick the fonts I wonder if scrappers will just throw them onto a layout quickly for the posting bonus. But you've proven me wrong... you've really thought about the fonts and how they best would be used on the layout.
