Hi! I'm so excited to be bringing you The Name Game! Just make a siggy using last month's challenge prizes, and you'll get this pretty New Beginnings mini kit for participating.

Open a blank document 12" wide and 6" high. Start with strips or shapes from background papers, add a cluster here or there, and of course, make sure your name is nice and large. Add shadows and if you like, a few words about yourself.

When you're finished, group all of the layers together and clip out all of the excess space. Here's how I do it. I merge visible and then ctrl-a, ctrl-c, ctrl-n, enter, and ctrl-v.

Resize to 600 dpi wide (or less) and save as a .png or a .jpg. Upload to The Name Game gallery (http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/galleria/showgallery.php/cat/1543). Then add your new name creation to your signature. Use the tutorial HERE (http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/category/scrapbooking-tutorials/general-tutorials/)called "Adding blinkies in your Forum/Gallery signature."

just 2 whines ... didn't have a lot of the kit ... still waiting for some parts. Perhaps we should encourage the host to give out prizes at least weekly.

and there is a limit of 5 images in the siggie - I had to take off one of my blinkies to put this in.

Are you using PSE or PS to create it? If so, I'd recommend changing the size in your program before uploading it to Photobucket. You'd use image > resize > image size. Let me know if you still need help and I can resize it for you.

Ok I think I got this figured out after a few tries to insert.

I used pieces from the Smiley Rylee mini kits by Kathryn Estry, Kristmess, Silvia Romeo, Booland Designs, Couric Designs and Katie Mann. The font is Farewll.

You can create your siggy full size as you would a layout. Then resize it to 500-600 pixels in width. Hope this works for you.

although i've followed the tutorial, i can't get more than two images to upload. each time i try to upload another, it replaces one i already have. i've tried for months with no luck. any solution?
